Who is this event for?

• Neurodiverse individuals who identify as having Autism, ADHD, Au/DhD, Social Anxiety, or a similar profile
• 21 – 35 yrs old
• Must be able to participate independently (emotional support persons are welcome and encouraged to attend)

How is this event different?

• Structured, low-sensory, facilitated, and supportive
• Designed to foster conversation
• No pressure to approach someone on your own

– Structure –

• Speed Dating 101: A brief presentation will help prepare you for the actual SpeedDating event. Topics include Expectations, Conversation Tips, Boundaries, etc.
• Speed Dating event: There will be 10 men, 10 women, and 10 tables. One couple will sit at each table. You will have 5-10 minutes to chat together. After that, the men will remain seated, but each woman will rotate to a different table
• Wrap up: Free time to mingle, decompress in our separate Chill Room, have a snack, or chat with facilitators

• No loud music!
• Separate “Chill Room” if you need a break
• Capped at 20 participants

– Supportive Facilitators –

• Facilitators on hand to help guide conversation if needed
